Shortly after notifying your office regarding my complaint, the company finally responded to my emails and I told...

them I wanted a refund and they sent a refund check in the mail.  I deposited the check on Monday and was waiting for the check to clear before notifying the Revdex.com.  It appears that the check has now cleared and I consider this issue closed.  However, I do not feel that I would have received the response from the business without your interaction.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
