I first had dealing with Troth solutions back in November when my computer froze up and I received an error message with their phone number I assumed it was the number of the apple service people since I have a MAC I was very hesitant to give them my information but I really had no choice as it was a sunday and I had to get my MAC working asap I gave them a check, which I thought was better than a credit card I only agreed to the one year The gentleman who helped me worked for about an hour cleaning up the computer and I had no other problems until tonight when all of a sudden it froze up again with a similar error message, just a different phone number I did't realize to was a different number so I called it as I could't get the TROTH number from the desktop He was asking for yet more money so I hung up and my son figured out how to get the number off the desktop Again, they took care of the problem and reminded me that I should use my monthly call to make sure everything is running smoothly I'm still not comfortable with the entire experience, but they did what they said they would so I have no complaints
Scam company that takes advantage of people. My elderly father was scammed out of $250.00 for free software. They lie, take over your computer, and are very dangerous!! I am now trying to get his money back. Stay far away from this company. They will continue to call and harass you.
