I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, provided the business owner does provide the reimbursement he promisedIn his email, he states that they did not reimburse us for damages during the move because we never replied with our current addressThis is absolutely falseI called multiple times, left voicemails, and even emailed them and received no replyI have attached a screenshot of one of the three emails I sent, as documented proof that we did contact them with our addressSecond, the business owner contends that his leaving to get a box for our tv had nothing to do with the quality of the moveI disagreeBecause he was gone for minute of the hour timeframe, the two men who loaded the truck did so improperlyOne of the men said this was his first day on the job and the other said he'd only been loading trucks for a few weeksTheir inexperience led to the damage--with our fragile items packed on the bottom of the truck and heavy boxes placed on fragile furniture pieces (not to mention various scratches and dings).
For the total cost we're seeking: we would like compensation for the items below, totaling $Several others pieces (beige armchair, two nightstands) were damaged but not destroyed--so we won't request compensation for those itemsThe items and links to the most inexpensive, comparable pieces we could find, are belowOur address has been provided to the Revdex.com for followupRegards, Cara Snider

the receipt of the picturesWe did receive the pictures on the third email and after that I called three times and left voicemails with my cell phone number and home phone numberWe also sent an email letting the client know that we would be more than happy to reimburse her upon the return of her phone call or emailWe did not have her direct address to mail the check because we only loaded herWe did not transport her move to Colorado and had no indication of her forwarding addressI hope that I am following the procedures of this paper and doing what is necessaryDue to the fact that we have called numerous times with no response I would like to handle this matter directly with youI wilí dispute the fact that I left the job for an untimely mannerI went to get a box to protect her televisionHowever, the television did not safely fit into the box that I brought backWe did our best to ensure the quality of the move and I will not assume that all of this is our responsibility being that I did not drive and transport the final moveI will agree that there were mistakes made and do my best to make this rightPlease let me know where to mail the final payment and how much we will be reliable forI have faxed this to you to show that I am willing to make this right and to handle this in a timely mannerHowever, do not have a fax machine so you may mail the requested information to my home address at Hackberry Drive Stephens City, VA ***If you have any questions or concerns you may reach me at ###-###-####.Sincerely.Donald ** W***
