I had a similar experience as Anne B! Except we actually got an estimate from Trotter's hired contractorHe would schedule times to do the repairs and after not showing up would making excuses time and time againMr Trotter called me personally to apologize and listened to my concernsApparently MrTrotter called the contractor who text me shortly after, stating he had completed the workWell, he only completed items on the estimate of about 6-repairsThere is more negative to this review, however, hopefully you get the picture! Very disappointed and would not recommend or use them again!

Trotter Roofing and Gutters completed a roof installation for my home recentlyThe process was seamless and installation was completed in one dayThe initial inspection performed of my roof was thorough, and I didn't feel like I was being offered anything I didn't needDaniel was a pleasure to work with and was available to answer any and all of my questions in a timely fashion

06-17-2015 I have not had a satisfactory experience with Trotter Roofing. I initially found them on this website, and called them because they were reasonably close by.

They missed the scheduled appointment for a roofing estimate. I received a call from the owner, Tim Trotter, who was very nice, and apologetic, telling me that the estimator had an emergency come up and was unable to make it, as did Tracy, the gal I spoke with in the office, so I would have to wait until the following day to be contacted and a new appointment scheduled. Meanwhile, a week has gone by and I never received another call.

While I was understanding of the situation, as unexpected things do come up in life, I feel that another attempt should have been made to reschedule. If I have to chase them down just to make an appointment for an estimate, I can only imagine how frustrating it might be to complete an actual job.

Sorry, Tim ... for all of your pleasantness, your staff is letting you down.

Just wanted to do a "shout out" to Tim and his team at Trotter Roofing and Gutters for being so awesome to work with. In addition to being very professional, I've since seen them doing a lot in the community and with FCA, so just wanted to say keep up the good work and we'll be letting others know to give you a call :-)

I rate Trotter Roofing a C minus. They struggle with gutters and with follow through. My requests to finish having been ignored for months, I must now hire another company to clean up after him. I think you can do better.
