Our experience with this business has been nothing but horribleFirst of all, the telephone number doesn't even work so good luck getting in touch with them This company was used by the seller of the house we just purchased, as part of the request to remedy*** *** is the electrician, and the work he did instantly started falling a part on us when we took ownership We tried to contact him about a few simple electric socket issues and could not get through on the number We contacted the realtor who said he knew *** and he told us he would have *** contact us since his number wasn't workingHe never called us When we tried an alternate number the realtor gave us the voicemail was full We contacted the realtor again and let him know to stop recommending this electrician and that we still have unresolved issues and that he never contacted us after our many attempts All we wanted was a response and this guy has gone MIA We now have to go another route and pay for work that was supposed to be corrected by him during the remedy request It has been over a month since we started the process of trying to get him to contact us
