Our account for the address that Mr *** has referred to is under *** ***. I have attached a copy of Mr***'s invoice that authorized us to perform the work for the agreed upon amount, as well as acknowledging that Mr *** was satisfied with the work that was completed.
Our plumber did mistakenly write labor reference on his invoice instead of parts reference. The charge for the labor to install his T&P valve is correct. We charge half of our repair. The repair charge covers the parts, labor to install and a one year labor warranty on the work that we do. Mr*** was only charged half of our price since his part was covered under warranty We have also attached a copy of the call as it came into our answering service. The number that begins with a P is a parts authorization number that comes directly from Whirlpool. We do have a separate trip and diagnostic fee and this was agreed upon before our plumber went to his home on Saturday January 7th.We did call and confirm with Whirlpool that we are in good standing and following the procedures that were agreed upon with them. We checked with *** at Whirlpool and he indicated there are no notes on our account indicating any problems. He indicated charges are actually ***r that the average charged by most companies. *** also stated that Mr*** was informed that the standard procedure was a diagnostic fee and a separate labor charge and the part would be the only item covered and his labor warranty had expired on Feb 17,

I am sorry Mr *** feels mislead. We did request that he come in and meet with us and he has not done so. We do our best to make sure all of our customer understand our Club Memberships and I am sorry if there was confusion. As the contract stated it is a yearly investment by Automatic Credit Card debit that continues until we receive written notice from the customer they want the contract terminated. Mr *** stated he has contacted his credit card company for a refund, so I now have to wait to see if they have charged us back

I am rejecting this response because:
[redacted]See Information Below and Attached.I do not remember telling anyone there that I was going to stop by last week and pick up a copy.When I signed up for the one year membership (Year not Yearly) they recommended the Gold or Platinum Plans for the next year.I paid for one year with no recurring charges. I have never and will never sign up for recurring charges. That is why I signed up for one year.I have no need to stop by their office for any reason. They could have retuned my numerous phone calls, Faxed me or E-mailed me.Any future correspondence from Trouble Free can be sent through the Revdex.com.I find it odd I cannot find an original copy (Yellow Copy) of the signed paperwork.(I am still looking) The charge card information was not filled out by me.It appears the date I signed this form at the bottom was 1/1/16 my charge card was billed 12/23/15. (This seems odd)All these problems with Trouble Free could have been resolved with one returned phone call.Since this has happened I feel very guilty referring my friends and family to Trouble Free. (This won’t happen again.)I will not use Trouble Free for anything ever again.Thanks [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  Our dispute is as follows:1) [redacted] was told by Whirlpool customer service when he called in 1/7 that parts and the tank are under warranty; he would have to pay for the service call.2) [redacted] was told by the Trouble Free technician before he arrived over the phone he would have to pay for the service call and that he would give him the part at 1/2 off under warranty3) The invoice states that the T & P valve is 98.00; 1/2 off of 196.00 (warranty) I spoke with Whirlpool customer service twice, and with [redacted]. I stand by the information I collected.  The part for the water heater is under warranty. [redacted] was given information from the technician, and agreed to it; at the [redacted]e of service the technician also  seemed to believe it true.  However, there should have been no charge for the ($14.00) part and if there was a separate fee to install the part, it was never mentioned either verbally or on the paperwork [redacted] signed. So we would like a refund of 98.00.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have called my credit card company to stop payment. It was to late. They did credit my account and was gong to contact Trouble free to get reimbursed. I did pay for the year 2016. I have not agreed to pay for 2017. When I signed the contract I was told this was a one year contract and my plan would change. I would have to sign up for a new contract for 2017.
I have called Trouble Free numerous times and have asked for a call back. No one has called me back.
