Review: I placed an order on 5/12/15. My debit card has been charged $28.33. I have not recieved my order. I have left numerous emails and voicemails and do not recieve a response. It does say up to 10 days for delivery but that has long past. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: $28.33

Review: Online ordering policy states that it may require up to 10 business days to ship a product, however my product was never shipped and Trough Creek refuses to respond to emails or voicemails (you can only leave a message, not speak with the owner/employee). There is NO COMMUNICATION from the seller despite accepting money for their products! Similar reviews on their former Etsy site as well as Trip Advisor state the same problem, no communication and no product from their online ordering.https://www.e[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a refund for $59.53 ($45.99 for the product and $13.54 for shipping).

Review: I made a purchase on 4/24/15 and monies were withdrawn from my account. To date I have not received the product. I have left 3 voicemails with no response. After reading reviews of this company, I am not the only person this company has treated this way.Desired Settlement: At this point, I want my $32.98 returned.

Review: I made a purchase online at http://www.[redacted] which is Trough Creek Candle Co. I did this July 6, 2015. One item totaling $49.99 with $16.54 for shipping ($66.53) I have made several attempts to inquire about my order but can not contact anyone and it is getting very frustrating. My account says unfulfilled which obviously since I do not have what I ordered. I read the customer service link where is says orders can take 10 days to process on top of the time needed to ship, but 2 months is way more time then necessary. It would be nice if they had the courtesy to get back to me. This is very upsetting and I will definitely refer people elsewhere.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the item I ordered from online and that is paid in full. It has been since July 6, 2015. I have made several attempts to contact the company but no luck.

Review: I ordered a product on December 11, 2014. I understood the processing time and waiting for over a month for my shipment. I have sent mails and made phone calls to the business without any response. When I check on my order through their online account system, it states that my order has been fulfilled, yet I never received the order nor were notified it ever shipped.Desired Settlement: I would either like the delivery of my order or a refund from the store.
