Review: they installed 4 replacement windows but left nickel size holes (20 per window) that would let cold air, rain, and snow go right thru to the house insulation and inside studs. I called and [redacted] Troup said he would come back to finish the job in a week but never came and won't answer any of my voicemails. Now that he has his money he won't come back finish caulking these holes which should take only about 30 minutes. I bought caulk and caulkgun in case I have to do it myself an cigarette smoke and rain/snow MIGHT come into those holes at any time now that fall/winter weather is upon us.Desired Settlement: finish the job and caulk the 4 windows

[redacted]Troup was in such a hurry to get away from my house he 1) asked I write the second half of the contract amount to "[redacted] Troup" instead of "Troups Home Improvements" that the first half was made out for-his father was present for that first half payment 2) [redacted] Troup would not give me a signed "paid in full" even after I asked for one and 3) he left me a voicemail that he would return to caulk the 4 windows he installed - and never did after repeated voicemails from me to him.

I am attaching pictures of both old original windows (there are still 2 in place as I could not afford to do all 6) and is 4 new windows. The pictures show the old window aluminum finish flush against the mortal and brick whereas his 4 windows have 10 nickel size holes that with the help of a flashlite you can see past the side of the brick to the bakerboard against the wall studs and the insulation. These holes do not exist in he 2 old windows because of the way the installer placed the aluminum flat and Mr Troup installed his aluminum loose enough to allow 10 holes on each side of each of the 4 windows totaling 80 holes letting smoke, cold air, rain right thru to the insulation behind the drywall in 2 bedrooms.
