Trout Creek Truss, Inc.

Ordered trusses for 2500 sq ft house. One truss was cut improper and they had to shim it. Several were just plain out of whack. My biggest issue was the fact that our crew was being ridiculously rushed to set the trusses and we were not allowed time required every 5 trusses to properly brace them with additional bracing. As a result, the entire thing came crashing down before the driver/crane operator left our driveway. We continuously heard from him that we had to hurry because he had two more jobs to go to. It was a joke but I'm just lucky nobody was killed. Do not use! As a result of all of this I will now have to hire a professional crane company to lift out what we can salvage, order replacement trusses (from a different company) for what we can't salvage. All resulting in thousands of dollars and a massive delay in construction. Do not use!
