I have bought from Troutlet many times over the past decade and always had a positive experienceI have recommended them many times to my friends

I ordered some tip ups on 12/28/and to this date (1/24/2017) I have not received them I have called them several times and emailed - NO response from them BUT they had no problem charging my credit card right away for $ Terrible customer service - actually NO customer service

THANK YOU for the great learning experience I will never place an order with you againWith your poor business practice it has taught me to carefully checkout businesses like yours before sending money
My credit card company has been notified I'm sure to be satisfied with their actions
