I am very upset with the job they did on my car I sent it in there for a simple paintjob and nothing more then nightmares ! It has now been painted times in a month period because they just cant get it right At one point it even had a complete color change Ive had nothing but scratches , pimples , my tailights sanded , dents that were never there , sanding dust all over inside , ares not even painted , clearcoat missed in spots and so on Each time I go to pick it up more things wrong I deal with barry each time and he just keeps saying he will handle it , WHEN ! I am so aggrevated with this ! Whats worse is I paid for the expensive paint job and its worse then the cheap special I will never refer anyone to them for any reason they do terrible work

Hello, I am years old and need assistance with a very bad paint job from one of your MAACO centers I brought my car for a complete car paint, after a few months the paint flaked and faded they repainted it again in after six months the paint faded again and the owner (Paul) they said that they would talk to a manager (Barry P***) who never got back to me they have avoided all of my calls since then and I went down there months ago in person and they dismissed me
All I want is my car to be painted for what I paid for!!! This is not my fault that it flaked and faded and it would be respectful for this company to stand behind their work
Respectfully, *** ***

I had gotten into an accident with a pole, and Maaco was the company to do the tow job. I'm young so I'm quite unexperienced with car accidents, but when I arrived at the location of the Maaco, I spoke with the sales manager, B[redacted] P[redacted], about what would be happening with my car. A couple days passed and Berry called me after an inspection of the vehicle, and gave me a 1,750$ estimate to fix it. Of course with that kind of cost it sounded like the right thing to do. Berry said the car should take about 2 weeks to repair. A week later they called to inform that they missed a valid part on the vehicle, tyrods, bringing the cost the repair up about 400$. I said fine fix it a mistake can happen. Another week later Berry called again and said that the mechanic found another thing wrong whole doing an alignment. I needed a new front axle suspension, another 800$ added to the cost. By this time I was pretty fed up with what they were telling me, a 1750$ estimate shouldn't have 1200$ worth of parts added on. I did not have that kind of money and with an inspection of the vehicle it didn't make sense to me for Maaco to keep finding different things wrong, an inspection by a mechanic would have given proper detail of repairs to be made. Finally I was called about my car being completely repaired, I went and picked it up and was on the drive home. I didn't even make it home before turning around to go back, every time I hit a bump a sound of something lose came from the right front of the car, it sounded as if something were lose, but Berry insisted that the noise was the front brakes. I left Maaco and took the car to MY break shop to have it inspected, where MY mechanic drove it across his parking lot he immediately said its not the breaks. The next day MY mechanic said there were many things wrong with the car that Maaco had "fixed." For example, the wheel that hit the pole was NOT even replaced, the wheel itself (not the rubber) was bent but left alone, several components underneath the vehicle were lose, AND an alignment that was said to have been done, was done wrong. My mechanic has said that this car was NOT safe to be on the road, and Maaco had specifically told me that it would not be allowed off of their lot without being "safe." In the end I now have the car fixed and driving safely, but the point of the matter is, a Maaco repair job was poor and still cost nearly 3,000$ and wasn't even done right.

Review: I have gone to this Maaco three times and for the money I paid for my paint job I shouldn't be this unhappy. I originally got my car painted in October due to issues when I bought it. The next business day after picking it up I took it back because the paint job was bad quality. There were runs all over the car, holes in he paint and spots that were.not smooth. The week of April 21 I took my car back for the third time to get fixed because the paint had started chipping over winter. I had to rent a car for the week and when I picked it up I was unsatisfied with the work and service. The chips were just over sprayed and it looks horrible. The company would not touch the back bumper where it was chipping because they think I impacted it in a crash and I never was and took it to another Maaco for a second opinion and they don't see the problem with the back bumper and feel it should have been repaired. Other problems once I got my car back were more holes in the paint in the front where the guy said he worked on, black stain on my trunk that was not there before, additional chipping in the back that was not there when I took it there to get repaired plus the back of my bumper was pushed in and was not there before. Also, someone was inside my car touching things that were not even supposed to be touched because it has white paint on it. I have documentation for everything.Desired Settlement: I would love to have a refund from the company for the original paint job because it wasn't done properly to hold up for 5 months and want to take my refund to the other Macco in [redacted] for proper repairs and better service.
