Review: I started doing business with Troutman's Sanitation in April 2016. Each month I have paid my bill and my checks have been cashed. My garbage has always been picked up until 10-12-16 and 10-19-16. I called to inquired and I was rudely informed by the owner of the company that they will no longer be picking up my garbage since I have been stealing and lying to them for years. We have only lived here for 5 yrs and only started using their services 4 months ago. The owner stated that he knows for a fact that we are putting garbage out for both residents under one address and only paying for one address for years now. I kindly informed him that was not the case and he said that I was blatantly lying and he knows for a fact. I told him I'd be more than happy to dump out the garbage and show him that it was only my families garbage. I have a family of 4 with a dog and a cat with two children under 7, we have a lot of garbage!!!! I again assured him that it was only my families garbage, my mother is 74 years old widower, she recycles everything and anything and hardly eats and burns everything else, so she does not have garbage put out for pick up and if she did she would handle her own garbage just as she does for electric, gas, sewer and so on. We have no reason to steal or lie to anyone. He again accused me of out right lying to him, that he knows for a fact. He did not stop by, he did not call, he did not send a letter, he just took our money and did not render the services. I again informed him that we had only been doing business with him for four months and we had nothing to do with prior years and he informed me that did not matter that this address has been a problem for years and he knows that I'm stealing from him. I have no reason to lie, steal or anything else. I'm a new customer and I do not deserve to be treated like this.Desired Settlement: I would like my October garbage bill refunded along with an apology for treating me so badly, especially being a new customer.
