The house was dirty, run down and cockroach infested Upon arrival to All-Star vacation home on 7/7/there was dirty diapers, and other garbage on the walk way and in front of the door The walk way and house was covered in mold and had a terrible smell The refrigerator/freezer was leaking water and the pool screen was broken allowing all kids of leaves and tree junk into the pool As the stay went on to our dismay we realized the house was infested with live and dead cockroachesThe pool jets barely workedThe screen eventually was fixed and the house was washed upon our request due to the terrible smellAfter finally speaking with management he asked that I send a video of the cockroaches/once I did I never heard back from him I also asked for some type of reimbursement due to all of these unfortunate events and againnever heard backWe had a terrible experience as we were cleaning and killing cockroaches all day and night We were unable to relax or unwind while in

All Star has not paid net rental income per the month statements (now over $20K) for several months despite many discussions and follow-ups All Star Vacation Homes manages my property in [redacted] , and has done so for a number of years Over the past year, they have been delinquent in paying a number of my utility and HOA bills (which they manage) which has resulted in suspension of services and incremental fees (that I have absorbed) for late payment penalties and collection agency fees For the past several month, I have had a substantial net rental revenue balance owing to me, which was stated as $20,in the last statement that All Star has produced for November In addition to this amount, I also have deposits with All Star that would need to be repaid in the event that I choose to leave their rental program I have followed up several times regarding the need to be paid, with a significant number of exchanges with Joe R [redacted] of All Star starting in October

I made a reservation with All Star and I cancelled my reservation leaving a credit of $ Tina H [redacted] sent me an email stating my credit would be good for a future reservation When I called the customer service number, Manger Cari L [redacted] informed me that I would have to use my reservation by December or I would loose my credit of $ No where in writing is this and I have not seen where there was a limit in payment I am requesting all of my money be refunded as I do not want to utilize this company for my vacation planning any longer

On Sunday, July 1st my buddies an I decided to go to Orlando for the holiday weekend. I had heard of an app Misterb&b that was very helpful, so I downloaded it and found a property.
