Had Tyler and his team make us a sidewalk with stairs they did a great Job the team was fantastic and quickMy only concern is we had a small issue with a crack in May and Tyler responded quickly to let us know he would come by to have a lookwe are still waiting and its mid September I have sent several more emails and I still haven't heard backFollow up could be better, I know its a busy time but ignoring messages won't make the problem going away
Tyler and his team did a amazing job on my driveway!! I get nothing but compliments from neighbours, friends and family! I 100% recommend silver springs contracting to anyone who is looking for a 10/job!
Tyler was hired through a local pool contractor. The pool coping was done without any issues. The rest of the concrete around the pool I cant say the same. The day they poured the concrete around the pool it rained. He came back and only cut out a small section that was was extremely water damaged. He attempted to fix all the water pitting marks but it had no effect to the finish. I complained but nothing happened. He came back after many calls with some patch and colour and resealed after. 1 week went by and everything he did was popped off or gone. the expansion joint shifted when he poured the concrete pad. After complaining the came back with a black silicone and laid a 1 1/2" thick wide bead. It did not blend with the beige siding at all. Since then the pad has chipped and pitted extremely. I would not recommend anyone to use their contracting services.
