delay which we explained to Mr [redacted]. While working on the vehicle we noticed that a rodent had been inside his car and damaged the seat as well as having eaten the left over food in the car. Rodents in vehicle are not as uncommon as one would think, we work on an average of about 30 vehicles annually as a result of rodent damage. A rat can fit its entire body through a hole no larger then the diameter of a quarter. We don't understand why we should pay for his interior repair due to a rodent being in his vehicle. Rodents cannot live in the shop because there are chemicals and grease everywhere and no food source. We did give Mr [redacted] a discount as noted on his paperwork, and furthermore as a COMBAT VETERAN owned business, AAMCO as a chain has donated ten's of thousands of repairs, services and even entire vehicles to our military members in sincere need through both the purple heart and wounded warrior foundations.[redacted]
