Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: there re are several statements in the business owners responseI will provide documentation to the case Also when he walked the fence it was as soon as he finished and the screws hadn't rusted He never offered me a quote to finish the fence with a sealer , that is a blaintant lieHe never said the screws would bleed Like that I have contacted three well known fence companies that have all stated he used the incorrect fence screws When you use cedar you should use specific fence screwsI have several messages reaching out to him after he said he was coming to fix the fence and then never showed up I also have an email with him stating "oh I thought my guy already fixed it" he has admitted guilt several times in writingI am not paying 7,for a half as job His resolution is to pay a crew to swap the pickets around causing my neighbors to get the side of the bleeding pickets .he doesn't want to fix the problem the right wayHe is going to have a lot of legal trouble on his hands with not just myself but also my neighbors Every professional fence company I spoke to said for him to actually say it is for screws to bleed like that on a new cedar fence shows his lack of professionalismAs far as social media all I have stated is what happened to us and asked for quotesI have also given reviews on yelp and FacebookIf he doesn't like negative reviews maybe he should respond to his customers Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The busniess owners resolution to fix his workers error is to simply turn the pickets around so that the bad side now faces my neighborsThis is unacceptable for a couple reasons.1- We paid 7,for a BRAND new fenceWe did not pay for a crappy fence and to have the pickets simply turned aroundThis is a lot of money we spent of this product and service2- Our neighbors all contributed $each to us towards paying for this fence ( I have all their cancelled checks) They are all extremely furious as well with all the bad pickets3- This is extremely unprofessional and will not be toleratedWe had two professional fence companies come out to look at the issues with the fenceWe were informed that not only do the pickets need to be replaced but the cross bars When the pickets are removed there will need to be new cross bars put on We have a quote from a very reputable fence company that has been around for plus yearsWe also cannot close our gate We have been told that the gate pickets and brackets were not put on correctly We are so furiousWe have furious neighbors and our 7,fence looks like crapWe paid you for quality and serviceYou failed on both endsWe will be providing the Revdex.com with the professional quote we received and if it is not taken care of we will be proceeding with legal action We do not accept your half as resolution to flip the bad pickets and put new screws in Both professional companies we have contacted are in shock that a pro contractor would even suggest such a thingAlso you have changed your story First you said we would have to hire someone as you did not have someone to fix this and now you are saying you have someone I wouldn't trust you with my legos You put our 7,fence in one mans hands while another one of your workers walked off the job the first day.We have been informed that the pickets are also spaced way too far apart as they will expand in the future and we will have huge gaps now if left aloneAwful disgraceful job.7,is a lot of moneyIt is not a joke to play with people like thisOur fence looks terrible I have dozens of picturesvideo and two professional fence companies that will back me plus very angry neighborsI am not going to just bend over and let you take my 7,and leave me with a crap fenceWe do NOT accept your offerRegards, [redacted]

In response to Mrs*** rejection of our action to remedy the situation, I feel that she has misled the Revdex.com and everyone on social media in ***, TX with claims and accusations Our company works hard to provide quality workmanship and provide quality materials in order to satisfy our clients and give them the peace of mind in their investment In response to her line item claims, I will answer them with honesty.1- Her fence was damaged during a wind storm and she filed a claim with her insurance company and they paid very little to have her fence repairedI spoke with her and she hired me to settle the claim with the insurance company and I got them to add a great deal of money towards the replacement of the entire fence, which was more than 50% of the cost.2- She claims that all of her neighbors’ contributed $each for the fence replacement and she has cancelled checks to prove thisThere are neighbors that share her fence and only of them contributed in the replacement and one of them she had to argue with for a period of time by phone and through social media, which she was always telling us about it as we were workingAgain this is another misleading accusation.She claims that reputable fence companies told her that the cross bars which are known as (stringers) needed to be replacedThis is an absurd comment coming from reputable fence companies when all of the treated 2xstringers are strait and levelWhy would they need to be replaced? It is no surprise that a company would make these claims hoping to cash in on an easy job from a disturbed home owner. She also claims that the pickets are spaced to far apart and when they expand they will cause a larger gapThis is not how physics worksIf they pickets are to far apart and they expand, then the gaps would close up tighterShrinking would cause the gaps to get bigger.She also claims that I had one employee do the workThis again is misleadingThe first day of work I had my main guy and a part time guy tear out the old fence and haul awayThe second day of work my main guy dug all the holes for the postThe third and fourth day of work myself and my main guy set the metal post and concreteWe let the post cure for a day then myself and my main guy came back and started to install the stringers and picketsThe last day of work I brought in another part time employee to help finish up the picket installation and build and hang the gates. This is just a small part of accusations that are misleadingI have offered a viable solution to remedy the concerns and she has refused and taken this far from realityWe always honor our work and strive to do the right thingHowever, there are some folks that just go overboard and try to damage companies through social media and the Revdex.com. I have done my best to resolve this situation and have come to the conclusion that she is unable to be realisticTherefore all I can do at this point is to wait for her to take legal action which I welcome and prove her to be hostile, belligerent and a lier.Sincerely*** ***

I have meet with *** a couple times to replace a few pickets that were no noticed at the time they were split during installationUnfortunately the screws wee used caused some streaking I agreeHowever, after the completion of the project myself ans *** walked the fence for inspection and
all was good with herAfter many conversations with *** during the project we discussed option for her to seal or stain the fenceAs the project went on she starting liking the original color of pickets we installed and asked what material to use to seal and keep the color of the pickets naturalI informed her that the wood needed to dry at least 4-days before spraying on the sealerI offered to give her a price on it and she said her husband was going to do itI offered my spray rig for him to use and she declined the offer*** then did pay the final invoice and all was goodShe was informed of the possible streaking of the screws if it wasn't sealed with in weeksI believe *** has some responsibility and refuses to acknowledge itI have offered a solution to address her concerns and offered to pay a reasonable labor cost for a crew other than mine to complete the repairs*** has defamed me on social media and has not stopped being unreasonableI will wait for *** to get a bid from another crew and I will pay to it to be completed

I have offered a solution to resolve your concerns about the fence. I propose to replace the split pickets and remove all the pickets and turn them around facing the opposite side so that the streaking isn't visible and install with a coated screw. We are willing to come out and do this work or you can find another company to do the work and we will pay a reasonable cost. If you choose to have us do the repair we can schedule to begin within 3 weeks. I hope you find this to be satisfactory.

I am rejecting this response because:I am done arguing with this company and will be taking action legally. This will be my last statement. His viable answer to flip damaged pickets that we paid for is not acceptable. Any human being that looked at this fence would see how poorly it was constructed and the materials that were used. Not that it matters how he was paid for this fence but I will break it down 3,700 I received from my home owners insurance ( which I pay for)I also received $500.00 from 3 of the 4 neighbors that surround me. All from which I have cancelled checks. Steven I will send you copies for the Revdex.com file. for a total of 1,500. THE REASON THE 4TH NEIGHBOR DIDNT PAY IS BECAUSE IT WAS SUCH A SMALL SECTION WE DIDN'T ASK THEM. 2,000 out of my own pocket LET ME SPELL THIS OUT FOR YOU> IT DOES NOT MATTER WHERE THE MONEY CAME FROM . YOU WERE PAID FOR A QUALITY JOB THAT YOU DID A CRAP JOB ON.  YOU WERE PAID 7,200 IN FULL.As far as honoring your work. I think your lack of communication with me for a month shows and proves how much you honor your work. It wasn't until I went to social media that you started to respond. I also have two voice mails. One with you actually apologizing for Ricky doing a crappy job and leaving such a mess behind and that you were short handed, You did have someone come in the last day you are correct. But the rest of the week It was Ricky. You told us you had a bad back and were getting married, It doesn't matter. All you have to do is look at this fence. It speaks volume. Look at the communication log. Or look at your viable solution to put your crappy screw up and flip it to the neighbors so they can look at it. Yeah I cant wait to see what a judge has to say to that. Every other professional is dumbfounded at your response. You are a swindler.You sir are the liar . I have no problem proving it in court,
