Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because *** *** continues to lie through out her response I will address/clarify each of her lies in her response from top to bottom to the best of my ability. We certainly had more that people at our house
for on site auctionNo less I would sayPerhaps or moreA small matter but it shows just how quick and easy it is for *** *** to lie to anyone and everyone apparently I only asked her to put a reserve on two itemsOne reserve was $for a very nice solid wood piece bedroom setThe second and only other reserve we requested was $for a very nice set of matching leather office chairsFor the record we have not receive a ticket for either of these reserve items to date. Only one gentleman at the auction did say, "This is not an auction." And he did leave This situation was ***'s faultShe had told me earlier in the day that if she felt that she was not getting an acceptable/reasonable bid that she would just tell the people that the auction house would buy the item instead? Please remember that I have never actually participated in an auction and foolishly trusted that she was conducting things in an ethical and professional mannerWith the advantage of hind sight it's clear to me now that the less she sold at the on site sale then more of my belongings she could haul off and keep for herself. In no way, shape or form was I verbally aggressive toward her or any of her staff/family members I did not yell at her or any of her family or staffMy wife and I had worked very hard together with her staff for the better part of two days hauling off many, many hundreds of items Toward the end of the second long, tiring day her assistant Josh, who did most of the heavy lifting for her was exhaustedHe had hurt his hand when it was pinched between a couple of heavy office furniture piecesSome damage occurred to the walls as he and another fellow were trying to lift a large heavy shelf up the stairsJosh had no interest in trying to still haul off the baby grand piano and/or the pool table that *** *** was pushing to still haul off So yes, I did set a time limit of p.mas quitting time Keep in mind her work staff appeared to consist of really only Josh who if I recall correctly is her sonAnother man who I think is ***'s husband showed up late the afternoon to help with some heavy liftingOtherwise it was me and my wife Carmen helping to load everything.By her own admission she took a lot of stuff and it did apparently take some six months to sell She has no reason to say that she stored my belongings for months at "no charge" as if she was doing us a favor Of course she stored itThat was part of our agreementShe will not be able to provide any credible evidence that she implied any sort of storage fees we would be expected to payShe was not doing us any favorsPlease remember I simply could have just left everything as it was in our homeOur home buyer told us we were welcome to leave everything as it wasWe were under no pressure to move or store anything. Further she seemed to brag that she only charged us $instead of $for the Saturday sales? Again she did not imply and we did not agree to any extra fees regardless of which day of the week she conducted the auctionsShe will not be able to provide any credible evidence to support that she didJust more fabrication and deceit by her.I have not "harassed" her or any members of her familyI do not have any photos of her or her son I have never said to her or texted her, "I know where you are" or anything like thatI did send her a text complimenting her new location, "Nice place." Her new auction house is a much better building and location than the strip mall they moved from recentlyI had been and attempted to keep things cordial. Since her betrayal of my trust and her breach of our contract I have been very active and will continue to be for the foreseeable future in a reasonable form of protest/activism considering the circumstancesI feel I have a moral and ethical obligation to warn the community about *** *** and her corrupt operations I believe that she is a liar and a thief and that she rips off and scams unsuspecting people by design intentionally and with maliceShe should not be allowed to continueAnd if she expects that I will kowtow to her she is very mistakenI am certain that I am not her only victim Please consider this link for more evidence to support that fact https://***/ Again, it's true, I have been handing out warnings and will continue to do so to the extend the law allows I did not "throw myself on the floor and flop around." However when I did feel that I might be physically accosted by her, "several men" I did lay down on the floor Then I stood up and walked out to the curb to wait for the police to explain the situationThe police were very understanding and professionalI thanked them and leftThey did not escort me off the property nor did they advise me "NOT to come back." *** *** continues to lie to me and now to you in writing! I am glad that people walked out and that she has lost customersThat was and continues to be my intention I did not ask anyone to post negative comments on FacebookI simply shared my terrible experience with a loving, long time friend who took it upon herself to post her own commentsHer name and contact info would be available upon requestAnd if you are able to access above mentioned Facebook link you will see that I am not her only victimAnd I have no idea who these good folks are. After tracking her and much persistence/insistence I did eventually receive an insultingly low check with the unauthorized/undisclosed $in fees subtracted Two days later she sent some or so sales ticketsSome or so tickets to account for many, many hundreds of items carried off from our home? Absurd! And the total amount from those tickets do not even add up to or match what she said was the total sale amountIt's beyond absurd! And why in the world would she send anything to the house she helped us move out of? RidiculousI have texts that I can show when I reminded her that we moved out of the Hunn Rd address and provided my current address before she even said she mailed the check the first time More obvious deception and liesAgain her comments regarding storing, transporting or cleaning our belongings are muteOf course she did, just as we had agreed.True, I have contacted the local Chamber of Commerce, (they have received other complaints, contact *** ***)the local police, and you the Revdex.comHowever, as a technological dinosaur I am still trying to figure out how to utilize FacebookBut will figure it out asap and use it fully to post warnings about her*** did not mention Angie's List where I am also working on filing a bad reviewI will continue to research any and all other avenues as well.So I do not accept her check as a reasonable settlement of this issueI do not believe all of the ticketsIn fact I suggest I have not received any legitimate ticketsI believe she just forged a bunch from a blank ledger in an an effort deceive and cover herself I don't know if there is actually anything *** could do to redeem herself short of a written apology and a full refund of the $in the feesEven with that what about all the other past and future victims? I swear and affirm that the above comments are as accurate and true as I am able to recall and prove Thank you again for our assistance with this important and troubling matter
Sincerely,
*** ***
