Never completed work paid for[redacted] has done several projects on our home for us. In the middle of the last project, in Nov 2012, he asked us for the final payment because another customers check bounced. We trusted him and liked his work so we did it. [redacted] never came back to finish the project, sent us numerous text messages making promises he did not keep, then stopped answering our calls. We had to pay another contractor $1800 to finish the job he had already been paid for. [redacted] was great at one point, but now he is a scam artist and should not be hired.Desired Settlement$1800 refund for work completed by another contractor after [redacted] failed to finish project he had been paid for.

Complaint[redacted] was paid for work which he did not complete and has ignored communications from me to get him to complete the work. He is talented, but unreliable. There was a problem with installation of flooring and it took many weeks of me reaching out for him to FINALLY come remove flooring to resolve then he left me living on subfloors for 2 months. Lastly he put only part of the flooring down and never finished the job.Desired Settlement[redacted] owes me $350 for work he did not complete. We had a verbal agreement and I paid up front since I had the cash on hand.
