We always abide by this. We may have 15-30 units vacate per month. In the cycle of walking and preparing a move out inspection, taking pics, returning this info to the person who writes the summary of accounts then forwarding to our accounts payable department to produce a check...we really do utilize a large portion of that 30 day period to finalize a resident's account. This resident was impatient and didn't fully understand the cycle and process. My staff would not be equipped with Ohio Revised Code to quote to this individual as I do not know it off the top of my head. I don't feel this is an instance where I need to employ our attorney to give us formal code to reference.
