Upon reading the Revdex.com complaint, we contacted MrMaddox on May to understand where we failed him in the communication process and understand his grievances.? When MrMaddox came to pick up his vehicle on May 16, there were no signs of disappointment and he never expressed his concerns to usHe previously told us he was missing work because he did not have a vehicle at the momentWe explained that we could get the vehicle driveable so he could have access to it while we continued searching for the remaining partsHe agreedMrMaddox paid us for the work that was completed thus far and made an additional $down deposit towards the parts we were still searching for without hesitation or request from us.? MrMaddox has a [redacted] ***rHis parts are no longer available through [redacted] , Aftermarket, or major recycle companies like LKQWe have been searching for his parts from local recycle companies and have had them assist us as wellWe have also attempted to locate parts online, but have been unsuccessfulNot only must we locate recycled parts, but they need to be in usable working condition, which is another hurdleWe explained this to MrMaddox each time we spoke with him both during the repair process and on May 21.? In the letter MrMaddox stated he gave us the number of his pastor for assistanceWe do not have any record of that, and when we attempted to get his number MrMaddox did not provide it to usWhen we tried to give an explanation again to MrMaddox that due to the age of his vehicle finding recycled parts will take time, but we were still actively searching, he did not believe usHe began shouting racial slurs and made threats to a female staff memberWe informed MrMaddox that we will refund the $depositPayment will be in the form of a money order, and per his request, it will be available for pickup at his desired location.?
