I am responding to complaint #***I am sad to see that this is what we have come to with *** *** *** ** We did place an order with them on 12/20/It was estimate #*** on the top of their quote sheet They were to have roughly an week build time On February 16th-18th while
away on vacation I received an email thatthe order was completeI mailed them a check the week of the 20th when I returned back to work which they apparently didn't receiveAfter dealing with an email from George making a degrading remark about my business practice I them overnighted them a new check with the full understanding that no check was to be deposited until trailers were received.They didn't send shipping confirmation and it was my understanding they were having difficluty finding a truck large enough to ship the amount of trailers promisedHowever they did in fact try to deposit the check ! I had talk to my banker ahead of time so that no funds would be transfered if in fact the check number tried to clear . Regardless this was not the expected situation and then all of a sudden I became the "bad person " for not wanting to release $52,000 without seeing the product, Absolutely unreasonableI can't say enough how terribly desturbing it was to be treated with such disrespect.Unfortunatey resolution isnt possible as I certainly have no trust in this company at all
