Most of the time, customers accidentally or purposely pick up foreign objects such as socks, legos, paperclips, hairclips, carpet runner strings, coins, etcAll of this usually occurs with the house keepers because they are in a rush to get the job done and therefore aren’t careful with the unitWe constantly tell every customer when we repair or sell them a vacuum to not pick up foreign objects because it can cause the vacuum to break on the spot or shorten the long lasting life expectancy of a vacuumAny misused or overworked vacuum is not covered under our warranty. We are willing to work with Tim as long as he brings the *** *** vacuum he purchased into our shop to upgrade to a better, stronger vacuum and we will credit his $towards another vacuumEven when purchasing a stronger, better vacuum the customer still needs to be careful with itIf any customer follows this suggestion their vacuum will last them a lot longer.
