Troyer Urgent Care

I went to Troyer Urgent Care on 7/28/and was told I would not be seen until I paid an outstanding balance from - FOUR YEARS AGO At the time of that appointment, I did not have insurance and PAID IN FULL as per their policy I've visited twice since then and not once was I told there was any outstanding balance nor have I ever received statements in the mail even though they have the correct address on file Since I was ill, I paid the balance due in order to see a doctor that day - this is tantamount to extortion and unethical and fraudulent billing practices at best Interesting how a balance due mysteriously shows up on my account after FOUR YEARS Their billing department has yet to return the two voicemails I left for themI find this extremely unprofessional but certainly inline with the negative *** reviews I've read from others
