I have been using this business for a few years now to purchase my dresses and they have become horrible recentlyOver the years I have referred many people to them and Now I will be sure to sway people in other directionsThe company makes many lovely dresses/abayas which is what initially turned me to themHowever my last two orders the dresses had horrendous chemical smells to themWith the first order I spend near $and every last dress had the awful smellI washed them several times, turned to google for advice and finally to the company themselvesThey advised to spray with febreeze and leave it for hrs then washThis did not solve the problemI cut my losses and moved on leaving the dresses in storage containers with lots of fabric softener scented sheets in hopes of absorbing the foul odorsRecently I made a purchase of dresses, of them again smelled of chemicalsI emailed them about the situation to which they said this time let it line dry after spraying with febreeze for hours then washI did this with the dress that had a lighter chemical smell and had to do it 2x to get results and an entire bottle of heavy duty febreeze, which took daysI then let them know the with the strong smell I would be returningThey sent me a label to return the productsWhen I purchase these recent dresses, my previous orders had earned me enough points to receive a $gift card towards my purchases, which came to almost after the gift card, placed on my personal credit cardUpon me returning them I expected the entire amount of the returned items to go onto my card as why shouldn't I be able to use the gift card on my other itemsWell I was wrong the gift card was "returned" to me and the remaining amount was returned to my cardI emailed them immediately about this, to which the answer was that I was the first to return with a gift cardI asked if they would make the changes to give me the $onto my card and use the gift card still towards my other dressesAnswer was NOThey are unable to reprocess my return? On top of this when checking my account there is no $gift card returnWhen asking them about this they said I need to be patientThey have lost a customer and I will be letting everyone that I referred there know about my experience
