I entered into a contract with this company via representative named Ulysees *** that is listed in the contract as "Salesperson Responsible for Negotiating this Contract."
Roofers didn't show up to our house until days after the contract was executed They came and left on random schedules Sometimes, they would show up mid day and work or hours They showed up on weekend days for a couple of hoursThey left one day covering the furnace exhaust area Carbon monoxide backed up into my house exposing my two children, myself and my husband to inhaling this gas and causing serious health concerns and possibly death GRU came out to address the gas smell the next day The botched up the skylight in the roof of my bathroom They reset it on wooden blocks without any proper sealing The day after they declared being finished with the job (laying all the metal on top of the house with exposed sharp nails exposed across my porch and carport ceiling, it rained Huge leaks in my roof began to form We called the salesperson, Ulysees He said he would have someone come out Over hours later, they came for a couple of minutes and spoke outside and said they would fix the problem on the outside the next day We are still living with this leak They didn't rectify the problem The inspection report said the job was unsatisfactory and they were ordered to our roof according code and correctly We have been left with a poorly installed, botched roof at an out of pocket lost so far as much as $ They have not called to offer a remedy to fix the ceiling and leaks and its still happening We were later in touch with Mike *** who claimed that Ulysees used his name and company without his knowledge and was totally out of the loop on this situation He didn't resolve it either
