Mr. S wrote up a proposal for a $6,025 job for remodeling two walk-in showers and removing wallpaper from a third bathroom. The guest walk-in shower was already prepped to install the base, wall, shower hardware and tiles. We both signed the agreement and I gave him $3,000 in cash as he requested because he didn't take credit card. He later tore down to bare frame my master shower. But never returned to finish any of the agreed upon work. My friend who knows him contacted him and he replied that he was going to finish the work on a Saturday but lied to him. I finally got a hold of him via text after many unresponded texts and he said that he was going to visit to finish the work "for sure" on a Thursday" but never showed up. He has no intention of coming back to complete the job after taking my $3,000. We signed the agreement on January 24, 2020 and I have yet to hear from him. So I requested that he return my key and my money however, he has never responded.
