The guys from DC Contracting were polite, friendly, and very educated in working with insurance companiesThey worked with me and my insurance adjuster and allowed me to get a new roof without any extra fees! Truly a blessing for a young, new family with a new mortgage to pay!

Would not recommendThe work was fine, but the interaction with company personnel was poorI had sales men calling and texting me trying to get a commissionOne was threatening to sue the other and the ownerThen one salesmen told me to make the check out to him personally even though I had no contract with himSome texts were at midnightWhen I signed the contract, they said they could possibly start the next dayThey didn't start the roof until weeks laterThey said the job would take or days, and it took I asked the job foreman to leave some shingles (since I paid for them) and to leave the dumpster so I could throw things awayThe shingles and dumpster were gone immediately after the job was doneThe owner said that he would bring a trailer so I could dispose of my stuff, and it never showed up(I should have held my final payment until I received the trailer.) Many broken promisesAlso I had a hole in one part of the roofThey chose to fix that lastOn day we had a huge rain storm and we had water pouring in the house because they chose to wait until the very last day to fix the problemI hope this is an isolated incident for the sake of the companyIf you choose to use them, expect delays

I had a positive experience with this particular contracterI recieved a fair quote and the job was done to satisfactionIt did take a day longer than was supposed to but completely understandable takeing into consideration the weather being what it wasWould deffinately recommend or contact in future if needed
