We had a contractor do $35,in damage to our brand new home - it was an incredibly stressful time and took 2+ months to solve, but TRS staff (down to the owner) were always courteous and transparent despite my progressively more frustrated demeanorThe work they did was fantastic, and none of my frustrations were related to themThe house looks so good I hired one of their employees to do cleaning work for me on the side

I had the worst experience with TRS My year old elderly mother hired them to do mold work on her house Matt B [redacted] came to the house on behalf of TRS The cost for the inspection is $ Matt was paid that and much more, BUT he had no receipt book Now how is a company going to collect money and have no receipts Matt gave total restoration the $125, but not the rest He was paid $ Matt contends he was not given $and since he had no receipts, as a business should always have receipts, there is no record My mother called the police after TRS charged her more than what she says she paidTRS filed a warrant in debt As Christians we paid what we believe is overage And I said I was going to social media to share my experienceAnd the manager of TRS threatened to sue We have a right to share our experience and rate the company They should be shame

Hello, Thank you for writing inThis customer did contact us about non receipt of an item to which we investigated and requested a reshipThis happened during a hiccup so to speak in our system and some orders had been dropped instead of shippedIt happened for a very brief amount of time however we had to investigate it thoroughlyWe notified the customer of the error and sent him a free self defense video in the interim to make up for the delayed orderWe then shipped his order USPS tracking ID # [redacted] and tracking shows that this item was in fact delivered on 6/23/at 10:AMI hope this helps

This customer contacted the FightFast/TRS offices by email and there appeared to be a great deal of confusion over which of the two orders he was having trouble with as he insisted that he had paid $44, but appeared to be referring to the first order of $
Since then we have straightened out the confusion and sent this customer another "FastBlade" DVD by USPS, (tracking# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)

TRS Did work for me and my family when we had water damage from a Hot water Heater. They are a great company to work with and do outstanding work. I would recommend them to anybody. The owner [redacted] is only a phone call away and is always their to answer any question that you may have.

The work they did was fantastic, and none of my frustrations were related to them. The house looks so good I hired one of their employees to do cleaning work for me on the side.

Poor service, long wait for repairs and extremely expensive compared to going rate for likewise repairs. Shop around get going rates before signing contract, and get everything in writing, I mean everything in writing. Poor and stressful experience for us going with this company.
