Review: TRT International shipped my vehicle overseas, and it was discovered that components of the vehicle were stolen (xenon headlights) while the vehicle was in TRT's possession in TRT's parking lot. TRT has acknowledged that the theft occurred while the vehicle was in their possession, but was unwilling to provide adequate compensation. They acknowledged the theft only of parts that are visible, and not of parts that were under the hood. TRT claimed that any parts under the hood could have been stolen or removed prior to the shipping of the vehicle, and, therefore, was unwilling to provide adequate compensation. The parts that were stolen and were inside the vehicle cost $1,900, while TRT offered only $60 compensation for the car's stolen grill and license plates.Desired Settlement: Full reimbursement for all stolen parts in the amount of $1,960.
