Maybe my second time answering you as I have already filled this out onceThe contractor has said he would see me in days so I think him he will be suing me in about three weeks I added some pictures to give you just a flavorI have written him and written him to come and take up the
deck or come take up the deck and put down an appropriate deck with number without holes in it and black placesHe has refused to do so another contractor even suggested that *** *** pay him to take up the deckI have had a number of contractors out since them and they all agree it is horribleHe was not bonded nor did he have a license at the time of the deckI have proof of that screen printsI can send copies of the letters I have sen him.I am a CPA and I certified frantic examiner and if I lied or cheated someone I would lose my licenseOf course he didn't have one to lose at the time to build my deckNo bond either which scares meAll I want is a decent deck
