Review: Since I bought the car its been in the shop more then what I have actually driving it,every time it goes to get fix it has another problem,I dont feel safe in it to the point where I dont trust to put my family in it.I'm not satisifed with the vehicle,it has only been 7 months since ive had it and its been nothing but a disappointment.they were aware of major critical repairs ,such as a new vvt and t chain its coused a loud start up.it been in the shop several times , for the passenger airbag light ,it also needed a seat belt weight sensor, had a leak and needed the transfer case resealed,the car is smoking and knocking and they told me the turbo was going on it,its just a list of things.Desired Settlement: I would like to just return the car and get full reimbursement,and I just dont want it to affect my credit.

Review: I purchased a vehicle that was falsely represented by a Salesperson [redacted] at Tru Auto Mall. I visited this dealership a couple of times and each time was very specific in the type of vehicle I was interested in (AWD,NAV.. etc). I originally was interested in a vehicle but was talked into a similar vehicle that I was told had everything I required. I had requested the salesperson handling the sale to assist me with operating the navigation system since the vehicle did not have a users manual. The weather conditions on this particular day were very stormy with torrential rain/thunder. Because of the weather and the face that the dealership was closing at this time everything from signing the paperwork to removing my personal items from my trade-in were handled very hastily. [redacted] very abruptly pointed to a few buttons on the dashboard and instructed me that once those buttons were activated it was pretty much self-explanatory. In good faith, I drove off and thought I would attempt to operate it once I got home. Upon my arrival, I went through all the buttons that I was told operated the navigation system to no avail. The next business morning I called [redacted] to express my concern that this vehicle in fact was not equipped with a navigation system. He simply stated that he was sorry and he "thought" that it did have navi. He then offered unsatisfactory resolutions which prompted me to escalate this issue to the owner who promised to rectify this matter to my satisfaction. I was told that another like vehicle equipped with a navigation system would be located for me and switched out. To date this promise has not been fulfilled. It has been well over a year that I have been contacting them periodically regarding their promise to correct a misrepresented sale. Each time the response received has been "we are working on it". I have been beyond patient with allowing them to make good of their promise. At this point, I would like this matter resolved by all means necessary.Desired Settlement: As promised this matter is to be settled by replacing the vehicle with one that is equipped with AWD and a navigation system. Also as agreed with [redacted], the replacement vehicle is to remain the same in both interior and exterior color. The exterior color was flexible between Black or Silver. However; the interior is not and should remain the same with black accents vs wood grain.

I am rejecting this response because: They are stating to be accessing documents regarding the sale and representation of the vehicle when they are clearly aware that they refused to put anything in writing. Hence; there will be no documentation of the vehicles representation. Both [redacted] the salesman and the owner [redacted] acknowledged thier error and stated they were in the process of locating a vehicle equipped with the options misrepresentated to exchange with the vehicle purchased. This promise was made well over a year ago. Since then, I have made frequent calls to the business to followup and check status of thier promise to rectify the matter only to be told on each occassion that they were still attempting to locate a vehicle. It became quite appearant that this response was made to deter me from futher action and was misleading me to believe that they were in good faith attempting to make good on thier sale.
