*** They sent me products that I never ordered Very expensive I didn't realized the company was American, had to pay the exchange as I am a Canadian
Here are my complaints
I thought the company was Canadian Used a different name Sparkling Skin not True Belleza
Took huge amounts out my account without my permission***

I received the products (2016-04-11)
I want to return, I am not satisfied
Give me a cancellation number, a return number for each of the two orders in question
I also need the address to return the products
I don't accept you charged amounts of $ and $ on my credit card (*** *** 2016-04-and 2016-04-16)
I ASK OF THESE AMOUNTS CREDITED on the same credit card

I've ordered a free trial of two Trubelleza products for the shipping charges of $4.95 each. The trial information was misleading and incorrect, the company didn't disclose the full terms.

I've received a shipping confirmation email but it didn't contain order number, terms, indication of further charges or auto shipment.
Trial products arrived but the box did not contain any terms, agreement, order number, or further obligations. Two weeks later I was charged $132.66 and $150.42 for each product on my credit card. If these prices were provided at the time of the trial offer I would have never made this order, can't afford it.

The prices shocked me so I did a search and found out from other customers how this works. I've called the company to cancel the account and was told I'll receive an email confirming the cancellation. Didn't receive the email but they charged me for the next auto shipment.

I WANT TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT, ANY FURTHER SHIPMENT AND CHARGES TO BE STOPPED, WANT MY MONEY BACK for the second auto shipment, when product arrives I'll be returning it unopened.

I'VE NOT SIGNED OR AUTHORIZED AUTO CHARGES OR SHIPMENTS,
THE TRIAL INFORMATION WAS MISLEADING AND INCORRECT, THE COMPANY DIDN'T DISCLOSE THE FULL TERMS, WITHHELD INFORMATION KNOWINGLY.

ordered and received a small so called free sample of belliza cream and small bottle of oil for a shipping charge of$4.95 on my [redacted] bill there is the shipping fee of
$4.95 on june 7/16,also on june7/16 a charge of$1.95us and $3.95us.on june 21/16
there is a charge of$104.95us and on june 23 a charge of$94.45us. I have not odered anything other then the free sample and as of july6/16 have not received anything but the free sample, ecxept for a huge bill. $279.32 can. these chargesare not legit and must be returned.

I have never experienced a company like Tru Belleza,[redacted] Everything that I said and did was denied by Tru Belleza. The company never responds. They will tell you verbally what they will do, however when asked to verify what they verbally say, by email, they will tell you, yes we will confirm by email. Email never comes.
In my opinion this company should be denied access to the internet.
I was duped by responding to a popup on the internet, where they posted that it was a survey about my experience with [redacted] Internet. When I later called [redacted], they confirmed that they never do a survey. [redacted]
