Review: We hired this company to deliver a refrigerator from Orange County to San Diego County to our house. The men who brought it in hit a glass wall art piece, knocking it to the ground. It smashed into hundreds of pieces. We immediately called Jerry the owner, explained it all to him. He said no problem, he was insured. He asked us to take photos of the pieces, and send him the photos before and after and an invoice. The wall art was $1200. He said he would process this as soon as we did our part. We did that, and then heard nothing. Now it has been months and months, and at this point he will not even return our calls.Desired Settlement: We want the $1200 replacement cost for the art as he can not replace it.
