Review: I hired true colors to do repairs on my some which had a fire last year. True colors did a good job and said there's a 2 year warranty on the work they did. After moving in I found that that the water supply to the fridge is leaking called tru color and told them about it and spoke to someone and that person was going to come and make the repairs. No one came to fix the problem. I emailed [redacted] who was in charge of Tue repairs and his response was that we don't handle that kind of work any more. I responded what do you mean you are a restoration company at first you guys said you would take care of all the repairs now that there's a problem you won't come out and fix your work which was faulty. Also the linoleum in the bathroom is coming off the floor and when approached to the company they just ignoring my emails now. I just want them to fix what they was suppose to fix in the first place.Desired Settlement: I would like the company which my family and I trusted to male our home whole after the fire to complete there promise to us. If they don't want to then they should refund the money so we can complete our repairs
