I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
***i understand this case is closed, yes they did come out and fix the windows, and it took him hours to do so, and yes the windows were failing out, all you had to do was push it or try to open it, if my complaint wasn't valid it would not have taken hours to fixNow on to them calling me lies it was me calling them, and no I did not wait mos, I called the very next week after they were installed and reported a broken window the guy came out whom by the way no longer works for that company, and specifically told me he was going to tell his boss to send the guys back out here to put the windows in that the screws they put in the windows to hold them in place were the wrong ones, hmm so after calling and threatening the Revdex.com I got my windows taken out and replaced back in with the right screwsI have that on record from the service guy that done the job. regardless my windows are fix and I will never use this company again nor will I refer them cheaper is not always bestAnd yes I was furious it was cold and my furnace was running 24/7,Thank You *** ***

not falling out.It's unfortunate that *** * felt a complaint to the Revdex.com was an appropriate reaction to being told she would be taken care of but would have to wait her turn. It's true that she called on 11/and a service request form was created. When she called again the Next Day, minbefore closing, saying she wanted service 'Now' she was politely told again that she would be scheduled for service - but not that day She said she was going to file the complaint with the Revdex.com if she wasn't taken care of immediately.**It is peak season for us and all available installers were scheduled for the week Only a true emergency would be a justifiable reason to reschedule another customer, not the threat of a Revdex.com complaint.The file notes clearly showed that the nature of the issue Was Not urgentNo water was coming in, and the windows Could Not fall outThe customer had chosen to wait months to call **The severity of her complaint grew then on the phone and even more in the Revdex.com complaint.According to this customers file and the service records, her windows were installed on 3/22.The first appointment to fix the issue was scheduled for 4/11- rained out4/- rain out4/- customer cancelled - sick4/- Called custto reschedule - left message4/15- Customer called to request a SatAppt.4/- Left message that 4/was being held for serviceCustomer never called to confirm or decline.At some point after, *** * called to say there was an illness that made it difficult to schedule then and they would call when ready.That call came on Nov30Service is complete.Tru Fit Windows***
