TruForce was very accommodating, gave me a great price, and the products worked wonderfully I have a lot of problems with ants, spiders, and many other insects because I live near a lake, with lots of open land around my home Trying to control the insects was overwhelming, they showed up at the right time, and were so polite and with great service!!!

TruForce is claiming to offer me a compromise of $per serviceThe charges I have incurred are as such:
9/16/15: $10/23/15: $11/18/15: $12/31/15: $TOTAL $IF I were to accept the $refund, the total paid would be $328.95, or $per service, this is unacceptableI will agree to $per service, but to accomplish this I would require a refund of $I would compromise with the $refund offered in the termination of service solution, BUT ADD COMPLETION of the year term of service with callbacks

Id like to inform you that Truforce and I talked and I accepted their offer afterall and am now satisfied with the resolution.
I accepted the SOLUTION #2, after being properly explained the full details of what its intent was.
I feel it would be fair to adjust the status on the claim number as it appears online, I tried to change it myself, but I couldn't seem to find a way to take any further action.
Please respond that this message is received and is being addressed.

First and foremost thank you for letting us know about what happened and your experience. It is our intent to come to a win-win resolution with you. It is never our intentions to mislead or beguile anyone into our services. We have attached a history of correspondence...

with you. According to our records we do not show phone calls or emails coming from your phone number nor email we have on file. Even if called from a separate number that we do not have on file it would still of been tracked in the notes section. Our records indicate that we sent you an email about your service agreement with us twice; once on the 8th of September and the other on the 10th of September. We also show on the 21st of October 2015 you spoke with a representative [redacted] about past billing. It was then you asked for paper billing to be sent. Here at TruForce we are striving to be as Eco-friendly as possible. If a paper bill is wanted we charge $1.25 processing. You then asked if you could cancel and it was then stated it would be the $179 plus past balance. You said you'd weigh your options. The next time you spoke with us was on the 30th of December 2015. On this date you tried negotiating with our office staff to pay $50 per service. This is when we dropped the ball and I want to personally apologize for. So here are the two things I'd like to offer in return to re-mediate the situation.
Solution 1: We will reimburse you 50% of what was paid on the 30th. This would be in the amount of $124.48. Essentially you would just paid for all services rendered, but reimbursed the early termination cost of $124 at the time.

Solution 2: We could count the $248.97 as your "payment" for the entire year of 4 treatments (this equals $60 per service) and refund the $39.99 payment from December. You would be kept on your unlimited spot re-services plan as well. We will waive the $1.25 cost to send in your check per service. The technician will hand you an envelope with our address on there so you can send it in the mail if this is your preferred method of payment. Our bill will still be sent via email, but this will give you the opportunity to pay the way you'd like.
I believe this is a great win for both parties and hope you see the benefit. It's cutting your bill in half by $60 per service. If you have any other questions or concerns you are more than welcome to call in and ask to speak with [redacted]. Thank you again for your feedback Mr. [redacted].

We are terribly sorry for any inconveniences you have had...

to deal with. Here at TruForce to ensure top customer quality of service we have everything tracked and recorded. Per our records we have not received a call from the number we have on file. As for the emails there was only one email, which was sent on September 12th, about canceling services. The other emails were regarding if you've been canceled out. The agreement we have on file with your signature states you acknowledged that if you wanted to discontinue services with us before agreed service end date, you'd pay back the discounted amount your were given. Per the records it shows you paid $89 for you initial. This means you would of technically needed to pay an additional $100 back to us to discontinue services. It shows that we have been paid $39 on 8/27/2015 which brings your to a total payment of $118. We're not saying you need to pay the $100 back or anything we just want to come to a resolution that makes sense. We have discontinued your account so you shouldn't be receiving any further emails or phone calls. We'd love to get this squared away ASAP. Please let us know if this works.
