Review: Upon agreement e vender js eilias was to make a shoe according to my patent in 2 months time.He was also to include all patterns and instructions to manufacture this shoe. The owner, [redacted] finally sent me the shoe 5 months later. It was nothing like the patent and looked nothing like the prototype that I showed him.He charged me $4000.00 . He would not send me the shoe until he paid himself using my credit card that he had on file. when I saw the shoe, I was shocked. this was complete fraud. Can you, the Revdex.com of NY help me reclaim my money? Kindest regards [redacted].Desired Settlement: Return of my $4000 dollars.

Business

Response:

To whom it may concern,

My name is [redacted]. I am a certified pedorthist with 40 years of experience in orthopedic fittings and manufacturing of orthopedic shoes and orthopedics. I am a co-owner of J.S./ELIAS Inc. Our company maintains a five reputation in the medical community.

[redacted] Come to our shop after several unsuccessful attempts by other facilities to have a prototype pair of shoes made. She owns the patent for the design. she paid us to manufacturer a custom last (the inform over which shoes are made) and to provide her with patterns for her design. We provided her with these as well as a pair of prototype shoes. We used her foot measurements and impressions, even though she said they would not be worn. The process took almost 5 months because [redacted] lives out of state and was not always able to come to out shop. She did return on 5/**/13 for a find fitting. She approved the mold fitting and asked us to proceed with the final product.

The final shoes were made of the finest quality leather and were meticulously assembled. They were made exactly as [redacted] dictated. All of the aspects of construction were given by [redacted]. The heel was sunk below the bottom line of the heel seat. There was no difference in the ball to heel heights regardless of its appearance.

[redacted] received the shoes and proceeded to charge back her visa charges. No attempt was made to contact me ([redacted]) about her dissatisfaction with the shoes. I am always willing to work with my customers until they are satisfied. Adjustment to custom shoes are sometimes necessary.

Her failure to contact me and to contact the Revdex.com shoes that she is acting unfairly.

Sincerely,

Enclosed is a copy of [redacted] invoice, and her credit card charges.
