To whom it may concern: The link on the attached letter for the video instructions is not working. I am responding to the complaint letter.We will be happy to speak to her and I left a voicemail and emailed this person named on the letter. This is the first time I have heard of this
complaint and would like to address it immediately. Please note, she is not a client of ours past or present. I do not know who she is but I suspect she is a claimant involved in a claim with one of our clients. I will wait for her call back or response to talk to her. Since September, *** *** no longer works at our office. She was not taught to say things as expressed on the complaint letter, but I was not present during the conversation. We represent our clients in an event of a claim and if our client stated that they were not involved in this particular claim, typically we would give the claimant the phone number for the insurance company for them to report the claim directly or advise them to report the claim to their agent. We regret that she had an unpleasant experience with one of former staff members and will not let this happen again. Since we do not information about who Ms*** is referring to, we are unable to locate the information about our client to help further assist.
