June 2016, I contacted William Smith to do roof repairMrSmith came out to inspect the roofHe called me and said the back flat part of my roof needed resurfacing, because that's why I had the leak and that would take care of all the leakingHe quoted me a price of for both repairsI agreed and signed the contractHe said there is a one (1) year warrantyTwo weeks later, July it rained and the roof leakedI called he came out a few days later and stated a tile was missing- he said he repaired the tile August 2016, It rained again and again, I have called MrSmith times about repairing my roof and he tells me he is coming outMrSmith has not come back to my house and my roof is still leaking, I want my money back, since he is unwilling and unable to do the repair correctly

I paid for and received Roofing Repair services on 4/15/2017, provided by MrWilliam Smith and his employeesThis service in the contract came with a year warrantyMy first call back to Mr William Smith was after we had a really bad snow in January 2018, I started having leaking in the same area that he was suppose to had repairedHe answered the phone and stated that he would stop pass and take a lookI never heard back from MrSmith, a few weeks later I called back and he told me he had an accident and was recovering but he would stop passNever heard nothing from MrSmithI attempted to call Mr Smith in the next few months, I've got nothing but his voicemailI've left several when it would let meThe leak has now spread more, and his number is unavailableThere are no other numbers or contact information on the contractAfter these past weeks of sever rain storms my daughter and I are in danger of not having a room to sleep in
