This company is very unprofessional. They cashed our down payment and never came back to do the work. they are thieves. they tried the same thing with our neighbor but luckily he put his on a credit card and fought the charges when they never came back to do the work.
Contracted them to install new sod in backyard. Payment for deposit was taken on 4.14.16, and sod was going to be installed in a few days. it is now 5.05.16 and still no communication as to when this will happen. Shocking customer service.
