Chris B*** 3:PM (hours ago)to me Hi ***, This is in regards to complaint ID *** against Ohio Junk Force, Inc.Everything the man said is true with one exception He did not explain that when we give an estimate on the phone it is just
that, an estimate He called it a quote It was not, it was an estimate When we get to the job site we inspect what they have and give a firm quote and do the work only if they agree to the on-site quote We never collect payment until we the job is completed and the customer is 100% satisfied We do our best to estimate over the phone and we are very careful to explain that it is just an estimate We tell every customer that we will confirm the price upon seeing the work in person We cannot do it any other wayThis was very clearly explained to the customer Additionally, the man was extremely unpleasant to deal with We did nothing dishonest or unethical We NEVER do He became extremely agitated and cursed out our workers and then called our office coordinator and did the same thing Even during all his cursing we remained extremely polite When we reminded him about how we told him it was an estimate he swore some more So now we have a complaint for work we never didSadWe have the highest number of “A” reports on *** *** in North East Ohio with over reviews in years Clearly we run an ethical business.
