Review: On June 12, 2013, I gave a deposit, to [redacted], who is no longer an employer, and was fitted for hearing aids from Tru-Tone, at [redacted] PA [redacted]. On June 18, 2013, the hearing aids were later delivered to me and were defective and whistled. I notified Tru-Tone and was advised that I am not adjusting the aids properly. On June 24, 2013, I returned the aids again, as the aids continued to whistle. Tru-Tone advised I was fitted improperly and was refitted again, a week later. Since then, the hearing aids were paid in full on my credit card, and I still do not have the hearing aids. I paid a total of 2590. I returned the hearing aids a total of three (3) occasions and still do not have them and they have been paid in full. The hearing aids never worked. I do not have any confidence with Tru-Tone's product or service. I have been patient and worked with them, with no satisfaction.
