I was gone during the holidays and I returned call no answer and also sent a text message when I returned I never said I would not honor the price I actually talked to him and confirmed that after the holidays and when he took full possession of the home I would do a walk thur with him and sch the work

The attached document is what I gave my customerThe bid was given to him not Mr ***I talked to Mr *** about doing the work for him and asked to meet him at the location after he moved in and we would go over what really needed to be done per code on the home he said great During the time of him purchasing and moving in I had a family death and was not available to help anyone
