I was on vacation with my eleven year old son and had booked this place for two nights through ***All of the places to stay on the strip where the entrance to the park is are motels and I decided on this place purely for the locationUpon opening the door, we were hit with a powerful smell that seemed like chemicalsI opened the windows and put the air conditioner fan on full blast but both of us were gagging from the smellI went to the manager "Bob" and said the room smelled awfulHe went to the room and opened the door, smiled ear to ear and said "what smell? I don't smell anything!" I protested and he said "oh you smell the floor, check out another room that has carpeting"Less of a smell but still very badHe then accused me of "playing games" and I made him look at my license plate so he could see how far we had traveled and now had no place to stay and asked how that could be beneficial at all to methen he yelled at my son to get our luggage out of the room!
myself and my wife were charged for smoking in the motel room which we Never didcharge did not appear till the next day with no notice from them, and it felt to me this is something they do often to people who are not local and have no way to dispute this
