We are a local builder that is using this company for the first time in years of building in the Nashville area
We were told that the Windows our client had selected would have a week delivery date
We made the order around the 25th of January ( our client made the order , not sure of exact date ) it is now the 15th of Marchweeks and still no windowsWe contacted our salesman the week of February 25th and was informed our windows will be delivered on the 15th
We contacted the salesman once again the week of the 10th of March to confirm delivery date of 15th of March
The salesman said he would have to check and let us know .He never returned our call
We call today the 15th of March and got a new salesman
And he said no window as of today and no information of whyHe said he would check and get back to usThat has been hours agoSounds like they use the line " I'll check and get back to you" as a way of getting you off the phone
