phone conversation, [redacted] indicated that the vehicle was in "great condition" and therefore that is how we listed it for the auction. Mr. [redacted] is correct in his statements.  I sent the following email to the address listed on the web page on 1/23/18 (since I couldn't respond on within the case ID at the time.  Re: Complaint ID: [redacted] Dear Revdex.com, I am writing in regard to complaint ID [redacted] involving Entrusted Auctions of [redacted], filed on January 12, 2018.  I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on Tuesday January 16, 2018 in regard to the complaint ID [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] offered the following solution:  ·        To re-auction the vehicle.·        Provide amount from auction sale to me.·        Additionally, Entrusted Auctions will reimburse me the difference between the auction sale and the total amount I paid per invoice.  I think this good faith agreement is reasonable and look forward to completely resolving this issue.  Sincerely,   [redacted] cc: [redacted]
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
