We do experience high volumes of calls at various times during our season. During these times calls per day can average between 50 and 60 are voicemail can only hold 60 messages at any given time . However we do try to respond all calls within 24 to 48 hours. If we did not actually get a message...

from this consumer we would not of been able to make an appointment. We do not get coupon customer information to schedule appointments they have to contact us. At any time including now this consumer can contact whoever he bought the coupon from and get a refund or attempt to send an email or visit us on our website. At this time our season is closed in that area . We will honor the coupon for next season if this consumer is interested if not the consumer can send an email to me with his name and address then call the third-party company he bought the coupon from directly and request a refund and I will authorize any refund request that comes through me if needed . We do not actually get money from the third-party company until we redeem the coupon .

I also emailed the company and never heard back.I don't think it is good business practice to not answer voice mails of emails.I will try to get a refund on the coupon.
