This company did not provide any of the services that were sold by the salesman. We were unable to cancel due to a 3 year contract. They auto drafted every month through our checking account, aba and account #, wouldn't take a card. After our contract was over we cancelled-- after paying for services for two companies we didn't get FOR 3 YEARS AT $300 A MONTH... do the math on that wasted money. The $300.00 a month was supposed to be $275 #1, because we enrolled one company and was told each subsequent company we enrolled would get a $25.00 discount each month-- and was actually told if we enroll enough companies, Truly 360 can actually end up paying us! Far from the truth. So the $300/month. Once realized very quickly this wasn't a service that was sold to us, we tried to cancel and was given the run around, a few refund checks for the $25.00 monthly overpayment for a couple months and hen basically told we were in contract. We waited our contract out the 3 years and cancelled.

After cancelling, we weren't billed a few months and then billing keeps popping up where we need to request to be refunded and SHOW PROOF as we do. We are always assure this is a glitch and won't happen again. Nobody is answering the phone or returning phone calls. Today, I again submitted proof with my request for yet another refund for 3 past months they snuck in their fraudulent fees.

A few months ago I couldn't get ahold of anyone and left a review on Google of my experience. Within a short time of writing that review I was contacted and advised if I removed the review I would get a refund. I removed the review and they sent me an email with an E-check for what they had erroneously billed... and promised it would never happen again. Well it has, and I can't get ahold of anyone. Hopefully they will refund me again.

At this point I am going to look at ways of escalating this with the appropriate agencies. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND TRULY 360. You will see I am not a 1 star reviewer ever-- This review is real.

As I've stated before we take our reputation very seriously and we operate a very ethical businessWith that being said, ***'s lying, bullying, and threatening are causes for great concern[redacted] took the stance of saying I was bullying her because I showed her where she was bullying us and she was afraid of what would happen when her unethical tactics were exposed to the worldAs I stated in an email to her, I will not tolerate her bullying us and threatening us and lying about our sales rep stealing her identity [redacted] made a commitment with our company and she signed and initialed many pages of agreementsShe never signed over an iPadWe have physical signatures from her as well as a copy of her drivers' licenseSince her complaints began she's spoken with 4-reps from our company and her sales rep visited at least more times to try and smooth things out[redacted] bases so much of her argument on the fact that she never signed the documents but signed an iPad insteadI'd certainly be open to having a professional independent agency look at the documentsIf they determined that she never did sign them then she can be let of the agreementHowever if that same agency determined she DID sign the documents then she would need to honor her agreementWe've provided a significant amount of value upfront with regards to optimizing her [redacted] presenceHer business had a fairly low review rate of stars when we began doing business togetherIn the short months we worked with her we've helped her add over 100,views to her [redacted] + page and add 5-star reviews that increased her average rating to stars.She lied about her sales rep stealing her identity and forging her nameThe sales rep is very concerned and is consulting an attorney about protecting himself and filing a slander case against herI've communicated with her sales rep and he assures me that not only did she clearly sign the documents but she was clearly made aware of the agreementWe don't look to trick anyoneWe genuinely want to help businesses and we clearly invest a lot of resources into helping businesses reach their goalsBy signing a year lease and combining processing we are able to eliminate ALL upfront fees with our marketing services and completely get rid of all of our fees after yearsWith the profit we earn from the credit card processing we are able to continue to provide incredible marketing services for essentially NO cost to the business after the initial years.At this point, we have provided tremendous value to Legendary Guns and we have already provided a substantial amount of creditsWe issued those credits in hopes of settling this dispute and winning over an unhappy clientWhat we didn't see coming is that she would take all the work we've provided, take our money that we've given her, and then threaten us in multiple ways, even making up blatant lies, to get out of an agreement she clearly authorized multiple times.In an email dated 12/23/ [redacted] asks "Is this one account so important to you that you refuse to cancel it?" It appears that she's surprised that even know she committed to an agreement with our company, she seems baffled as to why we are choosing not to just let her goI wouldn't doubt that she bullied vendors, and maybe even customers, in this past with similar tacticsHere's why one account is so important to us and why we refuse to cancel it: What [redacted] is attempting to do by lying, threatening, and bullying is wrong and I won't stand for itThe lying, bullying, threatening needs to stop and if both parties simply honored what we each agreed to then any further damage can end right now

At Trulywe take our reputation, as well as A+ Revdex.com rating, VERY seriouslyThe reason we have complaints is because we operate honestly and try to give great service and great pricing to our thousands of clients spread out all over the US and in all statesAfter reviewing this customer's allegations this is the only conclusion that anyone would come up with who takes the time to do the research: This client is attempting to abuse her position as the owner of a gun store to bully us to get out of a contract they entered intoWe are offering exceptional value for the price they are paying and have honored all of our commitmentsThis customer is stating they never signed a lease with [redacted] nor did they supply their social or date of birthI'm attaching documents that disprove all of thisI'm attaching a copy of the customer's driver's license that has the date of birth and several contracts that state in multiple areas that this is a non-cancellable contractYou'll notice that the signatures match perfectly to her driver's license and the customer even initials very simple terms outlining part of the agreementIn addition, you'll see the area of the application requesting personal info that contains the social security number, is written in by the customer.Contrary to what the customer states, they have been provided the cancellation form multiple times but refuse to return itWe are happy to send it againIn addition, we never use electronic devices to sign up clientsThe documents attached are originals that the client signed with a pen.It is not our policy, nor will it ever be, to misrepresent our services to our clientsWhen the sales rep [redacted] heard of this client being unhappy he went and visited them againThe client has had conversations with at least people in our organizationWe all think the client seems pleasant over the phone so its clear to us that this client is maliciously trying to harm our company by making allegations to the Revdex.com.Our company does a tremendous job helping businesses become more visible and generate more leads on [redacted] When combining services with credit card processing we are able to give businesses an unbelievable low price for these marketing services

coming to take updated pictures for the *** search engineHe comes in with a
*** logo on his shirt and starts to sell the *** Growth package
Well into the meeting he presents the merchant account and
*** machineHe states this is a free machine if we purchase the ***
packageHe sells this as a package with a $dollars a month feeIt is at this
time, with witnesses, that this conversation took place:
Me: I have no intention of getting into any contract or
leaseI am still in a lease with *** *** that ends in months
Rep: You can cancel at any time
Me: What is the cancellation fee?
Rep: I will waive it
Me: No offense but the merchant business has a lot of
turnoverSo tell me, if you were no longer working for this company, what would
it cost me to terminate early?
Rep: $
Me: Totally? For everything? (the *** machine was on my
desk and I made a circular motion over it)
Rep: Yes, totally
Business Partner: We can handle that
At no time did the rep disclose the *** *** LeaseI was
not given copies at the time of signingI discovered the lease when I received
the letter and immediately contacted Trulystating I was going to cancel the
entire contractI contacted *** ***, stating I did not enter into a lease
agreementI was hysterical and crying on the phone
The rep did come back in after my hysterical phone call
asking for copies of the paperwork and stating I want to cancelThe rep said if I wanted copies, I should
have asked for themThe he flat out refused to cancel, stating our reason was
not good enoughHe was asked to leave at this point

don’t honor my agreement(I have attached the email)
I am in fear for my businessHe has the ability to utilize
his contact with *** to do as he threatensI am being intimidated and bullied

He wants me to sign a cancellation form that has me signing
yet another document which forces me to acknowledge I had knowledge of the
*** *** leaseI cannot sign that paperI did not know I was entering into
a leaseIt was an intentional deception on the rep and TrulyI have attached the email with the threats and the copy of the contract *** *** sent meYou can see the contracts are different. I have highlighted the part on the email where he threatened to file reviews and an invalid complaint to the Revdex.comHe has never done business in our shop
I am requesting severance of the lease and merchant
servicesI will pay the $to terminate this agreement as his rep statedI
will sign a cancellation agreement that states Trulyand *** *** lease

As I've stated before we take our reputation very seriously and we operate a very ethical business. With that being said, [redacted]'s lying, bullying, and threatening are causes for great concern.
[redacted] took the stance of saying I was bullying her because I showed her where she was bullying us and she was afraid of what would happen when her unethical tactics were exposed to the world. As I stated in an email to her, I will not tolerate her bullying us and threatening us and lying about our sales rep stealing her identity. [redacted] made a commitment with our company and she signed and initialed many pages of agreements. She never signed over an iPad. We have physical signatures from her as well as a copy of her drivers' license. Since her complaints began she's spoken with 4-5 reps from our company and her sales rep visited at least 2 more times to try and smooth things out.
[redacted] bases so much of her argument on the fact that she never signed the documents but signed an iPad instead. I'd certainly be open to having a professional independent agency look at the documents. If they determined that she never did sign them then she can be let of the agreement. However if that same agency determined she DID sign the documents then she would need to honor her agreement. 
We've provided a significant amount of value upfront with regards to optimizing her [redacted] presence. Her business had a fairly low review rate of 3.1 stars when we began doing business together. In the short 2 months we worked with her we've helped her add over 100,000 views to her [redacted]+ page and add 5 5-star reviews that increased her average rating to 3.3 stars.
She lied about her sales rep stealing her identity and forging her name. The sales rep is very concerned and is consulting an attorney about protecting himself and filing a slander case against her. 
I've communicated with her sales rep and he assures me that not only did she clearly sign the documents but she was clearly made aware of the agreement. We don't look to trick anyone. We genuinely want to help businesses and we clearly invest a lot of resources into helping businesses reach their goals. 
By signing a 4 year lease and combining processing we are able to eliminate ALL upfront fees with our marketing services and completely get rid of all of our fees after 4 years. With the profit we earn from the credit card processing we are able to continue to provide incredible marketing services for essentially NO cost to the business after the initial 4 years.
At this point, we have provided tremendous value to Legendary Guns and we have already provided a substantial amount of credits. We issued those credits in hopes of settling this dispute and winning over an unhappy client. What we didn't see coming is that she would take all the work we've provided, take our money that we've given her, and then threaten us in multiple ways, even making up blatant lies, to get out of an agreement she clearly authorized multiple times.
In an email dated 12/23/15 [redacted] asks "Is this one account so important to you that you refuse to cancel it?" It appears that she's surprised that even know she committed to an agreement with our company, she seems baffled as to why we are choosing not to just let her go. I wouldn't doubt that she bullied vendors, and maybe even customers, in this past with similar tactics. 
Here's why one account is so important to us and why we refuse to cancel it: What [redacted] is attempting to do by lying, threatening, and bullying is wrong and I won't stand for it. The lying, bullying, threatening needs to stop and if both parties simply honored what we each agreed to then any further damage can end right now.

payment. Over 2 dozen discussions were made between J&R Automotive and
Truly360, some of which took place at 6:30am while our representatives were
getting their children breakfast and ready for school in an effort to make them
happy.  We are happy to report that we honored every one of our
commitments to J&R Automotive including our 110% money back guarantee. That
policy is in place to protect our customers against being overcharged for
their processing and gurantees we will reimburse 110% of any overage they are
charged. Since the extra 10% comes out of our pockets, we do our best to prevent
any issues, but are happy to honor it in the few needed cases that come up.

we were also able to move J&R automotive to the number one highest spot on
Google for an auto repair search in their area. J&R Automotive was

reviewing this customer's allegations this is the only conclusion that anyone would come up with who takes the time to do the research: This client is attempting to abuse her position as the owner of a gun store to bully us to get out of a contract they entered into. We are offering exceptional value for the price they are paying and have honored all of our commitments. 
This customer is stating they never signed a lease with [redacted] nor did they supply their social or date of birth. I'm attaching documents that disprove all of this. I'm attaching a copy of the customer's driver's license that has the date of birth and several contracts that state in multiple areas that this is a non-cancellable contract. You'll notice that the signatures match perfectly to her driver's license and the customer even initials very simple terms outlining part of the agreement. In addition, you'll see the area of the application requesting personal info that contains the social security number, is written in by the customer.
Contrary to what the customer states, they have been provided the cancellation form multiple times but refuse to return it. We are happy to send it again. In addition, we never use electronic devices to sign up clients. The documents attached are originals that the client signed with a pen.
It is not our policy, nor will it ever be, to misrepresent our services to our clients. When the sales rep [redacted] heard of this client being unhappy he went and visited them again. The client has had conversations with at least 4 people in our organization. We all think the client seems pleasant over the phone so its clear to us that this client is maliciously trying to harm our company by making false allegations to the Revdex.com.
Our company does a tremendous job helping businesses become more visible and generate more leads on [redacted]. When combining services with credit card processing we are able to give businesses an unbelievable low price for these marketing services.

Lately everytime I wake up in the middle of the night or in the morning, I am thinking about how badly I was cheated and lied to by Richard West of Santa Barbara, a rep from Truly 360. Matthew Focht Enterprises, Inc. And First Data work together as a predatory company. They use Truly360 as a front man so to speak. Richard West of Truly360 came in our jewelry store and made lots of promises, like, there is only a $500.00 fee for stopping whenever you like. And it is mixed with promises of getting you at the top of google search and guaranteed to increase business by a lot.
It's been over two months and my store does not come up on search map.They basically get you to sign up and then you don't see them anymore. So at $200.00 per month for nothing I decided to cancel and go ahead and pay the $500.00 penalty. Then I find out that I can't get out of it period without paying $9599.52. So I'm screwed. Don't use Richard West from Santa Barbara as your agent and don't use Truly360 the so called trusted company. And I believe First data knows exactly what is happening.

Review: Truly360 representative, [redacted], disclosed to me a contract with Truly360 that was totally cancelable at any time for a cancellation fee of $495. And without my knowledge or consent he entered me into a lease with [redacted] and Truly360 Merchant account. No contract was given to me at the time of signing. Once I received the letter from [redacted], ON Nov 2, 2016, alerting me to a 48 month non-cancelable lease, I contacted [redacted] that same day and requested and received a copy of the contract. I also contacted Truly360 that day, and after many calls and requests, I finally received a copy of the contract from Truly360, approximately 10 days after signing. The contracts are different. The one that Truly360 showed me on the Ipad had a cancellation fee of $495. [redacted] did not. I never signed a lease with [redacted] nor did I supply my social security number or date of birth. I have written several times to cancel the accounts and the lease agreement. No one is willing to send me the form I supposedly need to cancel the account and lease. They keep delaying canceling the account. I am no longer using their service.Desired Settlement: I want this contract with Truly360 cancelled immediately. Due to the gross misrepresentation of the product and entering me and my company into an agreement I did not sign or see a contract on, I request no cancellation fees to be charged to me. . I want the lease to be terminated with no financial liability on myself or my company.

Review: I was lied to about what this company was able to do as well as the fact that I told [redacted] that I didn't want to lease processing equipment as I had gotten screwed once before and was told that I could cancel if I wasn't happy with their service. There are many other issues that I have with this company and I would be willing to discuss them with the Revdex.com if the Revdex.com wants to talk to me.Desired Settlement: I want any and all contracts voided or cancelled as well as lease of equipment that is being sent back to [redacted]. I am not asking for any of the money that they still owe me in spite of the fact that they were supposed to redund me money that [redacted] said I was going to get back. All I want is to be done with this company with no other ramifications. If that can happen I would be good with that.
