I hate trying a product and then receiving a 2nd before the trial period is completed or so close that there's no way to discontinue within the trial period. Attempts to reach customer service unsuccessfull.

This Company does not seem to be legitimate. When I called them to ask about their false claims to have made a deal with the sharks on Shark Tank the representative, Sara became very irate over the phone and was rude. As the ingredients can not be confirmed and neither can the amount of CBD the product contains, I requested a refund. I was told that they do not provided return labels and that I would be charged a restocking fee. I have not opened or used any of the product that was shipped to me and expect a FULL refund due to the false claims that were made.
I ordered a product from this company on 02.08.20. I received 3 e-mail updates from the company on 02.08, 02.11, 02.12. All of them read "Your order (XXXXXXXXXXX) is set to ship today." I initiated the the rest of the status updates. By telephone I learned that the product has not yet been delivered to the USPS in spite of the contradictory wording. The "acceptance pending" means nothing. It is simply a placeholder. The customer service representatives are very pleasant and co-operative but they cannot address why the untruthful messaging, ""Your order (XXXXXXXXXXX) is set to ship today." I understand if the delivery slipped by 1-3 days but then, the company owes you an apology and a new estimated date of delivery. They have known for weeks that they have insufficient inventory to fulfill their orders. I was granted a 10% courtesy discount on my credit card. That is lovely but I am far more concerned that individuals at TruBliss have all of my credit information on hand from 02.08 to this date, 03.02.I arranged for neighbors to watch for a front door delivery in my absence. It has become a great nuisance and I would never give this company repeat business. I am unable to attach a more detailed summary as .doc, .docx, or .pdf. I do not have the full records of this case on this device. I can provide them in a few days, if needed. Although my case was dormant for one month in the AZ office, I assume you have all of my exchanges.
In the initial filing in AZ on March 02, I stated my desired outcome was delivery of the product I purchased. Recall, that
before the Revdex.com involvement, I aggressively pursued reaching out to TruBliss for over one month.
Since TruBliss never responded to contact the AZ office, I spoke w a representative in Fl who inquired if my desired outcome was still to receive their product. I adamantly said " no," as the company clearly lacked accountability. They should not be rewarded with the profits of my purchase.
On Saturday, Apr 11 or Monday, Apr 13, I received two bottles of their Gummie Bears. I did not have the opportunity to decline the delivery. I refuse the product of such an irresponsible company.,
Do not ask me to make a return. I am disabled and doing so represents challenges and hardship placed upon me. TruBliss was unresponsive when I tried to accelerate my order. I am confident the Revdex.com informed them I no longer wanted their product but they sent it anyway. Arrogance. I will notify AMEX and request their temporary hold on payment to TruBliss be credited to my AMEX acct.

There has been no offer for restitution. They took payment from AMEX twice and delivered once. TruBliss was not authorized to send a shipment in Apr. They are being investigated on both charges by AMEX. I have no doubt AMEX will make restitution. Then I'll go to the authorities.
Filing a complaint w Revdex.com is not worth the 4 hrs I compiled communications and tracking info so I would be made whole.
At first, when I expected a good outcome, I said I would accept the delivery of the CBD Gummies in return for my credit charges in Feb. Then, after multiple inquiries I changed my mind ad decided I would not eat a food product from such an unreliable company. Revdex.com was informed of this in writing.
The AZ Revdex.com kept the case for 29 days and passed it to the FL Revdex.com on the next day when a preliminary report was due. They had not made any inquiry in that time. Revdex.com is as misleading as much as any of the many companies that are reported to Revdex.com for consumer complaints. Clean your own house first.
I purchased 5 bottles of CBD oil on 11/0l/19. I returned all 5 bottles plus 5 additional ones they sent me which I did not request and was an error on their part. I contacted the company endless times and was told it takes 15 to 30 business days to process a refund. They received the bottles back in FLA. on 11/29/19. I have called endless times on 12/5/19, 1/07/20 and still get the same response. It takes 15-30 business days. They said they would put an expedited ticket on it. REALLY!!! I am very angry with this company and now asks for your help to getting this resolved. The return value is $149.00. PLEASE HELP AND THANK YOU!!!
