Review: I purchased (10/*/2013) a [redacted] coupon for 2 hours of services and paid $60. I booked a service in early 2014 through the number on the website and spoke with a women. I needed an oven vent installed and she sent someone who was unable to do the work. The handyman called me before coming to the house and told me he'd never done this before and wasn't quite sure what to do. So I immediately called TruBlue and spoke wiht the same woman and said I'd use the service for something else at a later date.I called a few times after that and was told it was an answering service and the office wasn't open. Someone would call me back. I called many times and no return phone call. Then one day I called and the number was disconnected. So I went to the address and rang the doorbell and no one answered.Desired Settlement: I want my $60 back.
